I spent a lot of time on that tiny hopscotch. But it's too small to see ):

I personally can see the hopscotch 1st rise on the stairs to the right. I like all the little details. The steam and the windows, the little people going about their day and the small statue. Not to mention the other smoke stacks that aren't currently actively producing smoke. Looks good, nice work C:

Imagine stair sliding all the way down that. :D

Can't see Abel being best pleased with even more stairs. One would assume they've invented escalators. I'm sure they can be waterproofed.

Personally, I think it needs more gears. But then again I once made a friend because she thought I 'looked steampunk' so it might just be me.

Oh no... She has only ever known the power of the gods... So she is most likely gonna piss EVERYONE off when she starts asking which God gave them the power to do this...

Unasked for art critique!

It took me a while to figure out what those streaky white things on the ground are. It's steam from ground vents, right? Is there a way to change the opacity of those to make them less solid, or to change their shape to be a little more billowy/rounded? They aren't reading as steam for me.

On a different note, if you were to post a link to the high-res version of this so we could all see the lovely details, I think that would be awesome. I always find it enjoyable when artists show off what they're proud of doing. It's sad when you put a lot of work into a piece, and then realise that it's covered up by word bubbles, or it's not visible once it shrinks.

@One That's Hollow: Unlike our current world; gods seem to have a more active and guiding role in this comic. We will just have to wait and see and while your thoughts might be correct I believe some god did give them the power to do so; I mean this is a place in which people such as herself would go to learn things right; since other shamans are there? Maybe the gods built it for that reason. Or rather a god helped guide and lended a hand when needed.

We'll just have to see.

Can we indeed enjoy a bigger version of the city scene? The tiny hopscotch weeps.

DON'T WORRY, I never finished the mile in gym, either.
